1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and ace55 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). They govern your access to and use of the ace55 website, mobile application, games, sports betting services, promotions and all other features available through the platform.

By creating a registered account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of ace55 in any capacity, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of your overall agreement with ace55.

These Terms are written in English and apply to all players regardless of their location. The platform is oriented towards players in Pakistan and all services are provided in PKR where applicable.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To register and use ace55, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. ace55 strictly does not permit access to minors.
• You must be registering as an individual using your own genuine personal information — not on behalf of another person or using someone else's identity.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement either on ace55 or through any external responsible gaming scheme you have voluntarily enrolled in.
• You must provide accurate registration details including your name, date of birth and contact information. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.

ace55 reserves the right to request identity verification at any stage. This may include asking you to provide a valid identification document to confirm your age and identity. Where verification is requested, access to deposits, withdrawals or certain game features may be restricted until the process is completed satisfactorily.

3. Account Rules

Each player is permitted to hold one registered account only. If ace55 identifies that a player has created multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — all accounts may be suspended and any funds held across those accounts may be subject to review and forfeiture.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. This includes your username, password and any two-factor authentication method you have enabled. ace55 will never ask for your password via email or any other communication channel.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact ace55 support immediately at [email protected]. The platform will take reasonable steps to assist, but cannot be held liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain account security.

Accounts that have shown no activity — no login, deposit, bet or withdrawal — for a continuous period of twelve months may be classified as inactive. ace55 reserves the right to apply a dormancy administration fee to inactive accounts after prior notification to the registered email address.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ace55 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, Easypa isa, Raast, direct bank transfer, debit/credit cards and supported mobile wallets. ace55 does not charge a platform fee for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Deposits are credited to your account balance once confirmed by the payment provider. Processing times vary by method — JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically reflected within minutes. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the sending institution.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be verified before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived funds become withdrawable.
• Withdrawals are returned via the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible.
• Standard withdrawal processing times are up to 3 business days. VIP players at Gold tier and above receive prioritised processing.
• ace55 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing large withdrawal amounts as part of routine security checks.

ace55 does not accept deposits from third parties. All funds deposited must originate from a payment account in your own name. Deposits from accounts belonging to another person are not permitted and may result in the funds being returned and the account suspended pending investigation.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

ace55 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These include but are not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, free spins on selected slot titles, reload bonuses, cashback offers and VIP-specific promotions. All bonus offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual offer on the Promotions page.

• Wagering requirements apply to all bonuses. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion. Until wagering requirements are fully met, bonus-derived funds cannot be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance. Real money funds in your account are used before bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• Free spins are valid only on the game or games specified in the promotion. Winnings from free spins are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. If wagering requirements are not met within the stated timeframe, the bonus and any associated winnings will be removed from your account.
• ace55 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time. Players who have already accepted an active bonus will not have its terms changed mid-claim.

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, exploiting promotion mechanics beyond their intended purpose, or coordinating with other players to do so — is prohibited and will result in the relevant accounts being suspended and bonuses forfeited.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on ace55 — whether on cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, esports or any other market — are subject to the rules of the specific sport or game type, as well as the general platform betting rules. Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted, it cannot be cancelled or changed by the player.

For sports betting, ace55 reserves the right to void markets where an event is cancelled, abandoned or significantly altered in a way that materially affects the outcome. In such cases, stakes are returned to the player's balance.

In-play betting markets are governed by real-time data feeds. ace55 takes reasonable steps to ensure data accuracy, but in the event of a data error that results in a bet being accepted at an incorrect price, ace55 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake.

For casino and slot games, each game is governed by its own published Return to Player (RTP) rate and game rules. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators. ace55 does not manipulate game outcomes.

The minimum and maximum bet sizes for each market or game are displayed within the relevant section of the platform at the time of placing a bet.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ace55 and will result in account suspension, termination and possible forfeiture of funds:

• Creating more than one account for the same individual
• Using another person's identity or payment details to register or transact
• Attempting to defraud ace55 or other players through any means
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, navigate the platform or exploit game mechanics
• Colluding with other players in card games, live casino or any other multi-player format
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or tamper with any part of the ace55 platform, software or games
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means or using ace55 for money laundering purposes
• Exploiting technical errors, bugs or glitches for financial gain — any winnings obtained through such exploitation may be voided
• Making chargebacks or reversals through your payment provider without first raising the issue with ace55 support

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the ace55 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text and promotional material — is the intellectual property of ace55 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, publicly display or create derivative works from any ace55 content without prior written permission. Unauthorised use of the ace55 brand or any of its assets is prohibited.

9. Privacy and Data

ace55 collects and processes personal information as part of the registration and account management process. This includes your name, contact details, date of birth and transactional information. How this data is collected, stored, used and protected is set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

By registering an account, you consent to ace55 processing your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. You may withdraw certain consents at any time by contacting support, subject to any legal obligations that require data to be retained for a defined period.

ace55 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services and fraud prevention systems as necessary to operate the platform.

10. Responsible Gaming

ace55 is committed to promoting responsible gaming as a genuine operational priority. The platform provides the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit. These take effect immediately and increases require a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session reminders: Configure notifications that alert you after a set amount of time has passed within a single gaming session.
• Self-exclusion: Request a temporary or extended break from the platform. During an active self-exclusion period, account access is removed and promotional communications are suspended.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

• The player's identity cannot be verified to a satisfactory standard
• A chargeback or payment dispute has been raised by the player without prior contact with support
• Regulatory or security requirements necessitate it

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, ace55 will make reasonable efforts to communicate the reason to the player via their registered email address. During a suspension, access to the account and its balance may be restricted until the matter is resolved.

Players wishing to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting support. Any real money balance remaining at the time of closure, net of any outstanding wagering requirements, will be returned via the player's registered payment method subject to standard verification.

12. Limitation of Liability

ace55 provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While every effort is made to maintain reliable, uninterrupted service, the platform does not guarantee that service will be available at all times or free from technical errors. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned downtime may occur.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ace55 shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, winnings or anticipated earnings arising from service interruption
• Data loss resulting from technical failure outside the platform's reasonable control
• Losses arising from a player's failure to maintain account security
• Indirect, consequential or incidental damages of any kind

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Amendments to These Terms

ace55 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, players will be notified via the registered email address or through a notification on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you should cease using the platform and request account closure by contacting support.
